Day 41 was all about Cecilia's mom, who on October 18 celebrated a birthday. Cecilia got up early to make Mom some pancakes with chocolate whip cream and chocolate syrup on top. Here we see Mom waiting to enjoy them. 
Later that evening, Cecilia's aunts brought over a very light and fluffy chocolate cake with chocolate frosting on the inside and chocolate flakes on top. And cream. It was enjoyed by Mom and Dad over the next few days, sometimes under a couple of scoops of cookies and cream ice cream and chocolate syrup.
