We are at the farm!!!
This morning, I helped Grandma make cookies.

While I was working very hard, Lila and Daddy were resting on the couch.

Lila decided to help Grandma get the house ready.

Then, our cousin M. arrived and Lila left everything to go and play with her.

While Lila and Cousin M. played inside, I decided that it would be much more fun to play outside, in the snow. There were lots, lots of snow outside.

Daddy and I had so much fun playing in the snow. :D

Days 1569 & 554, Thursday, 23 December, 2010

Trip to the Farm
We starting driving to the farm yesterday. The farm is so far away that we didn't arrive yesterday, so we stayed in a hotel. This morning we woke up very early, got in the car and starting driving. We are so excited to see the family.

Car trouble. Fortunately, there was a library very close to the mechanic, so Mami, Lila and I spent some time there, reading, playing hide and seek,... having fun.

Finally, the car was fixed, and we were able to get back on the road.

It has been a very exciting trip, but also very exhausting.

Lila and I like to play in her crib. It is so much fun.

Today is a special day. It is the first time Lila has seen snow. She is very excited.

Today, as soon as we woke up, we decided that it was time to decorate our Christmas tree. Lila and I did it all by ourselves.

When we were done decorating, we celebrated dancing around the Christmas tree.

A friend of mine was having her birthday party at Natural History Museum, in the Insects Zoo. It was a costume party and I was very excited about being a butterfly.
First, a picture of Daddy and I in the metro on our way to the museum.

Lila and I had lots of fun with some of the insects.

To finish the visit, we went inside the Butterfly Pavillion, which is a pretty cool place where there are live butterflies flying everywhere. One of them really liked Lila's sweater, so we got to take some pictures with this butterfly.
